Not Accepted — Self-Pay Welcome
Davis Vision, Superior Vision, MetLife Vision, Avesis, NVA, Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, and Medicaid plans other than Sunshine Health. You can still book a comprehensive exam for $79.99, pay at the visit, and ask your plan about out-of-network reimbursement.

Meet Dr. Hamilton
Gainesville native and proud Gator! Dr. Hamilton graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. With extensive training in pediatrics and contact lenses, he’s passionate about family eye care and advanced fittings. When not seeing patients, he enjoys sports, travel, and time with his own young family.

Do I need insurance?
No. You can book directly and pay at your visit.
What if I have vision insurance?
Bring your card. We accept most EyeMed plans (benefits verified at check-in), VSP plans that include Walmart Vision Centers, UnitedHealthcare Vision/Spectera, Sunshine Health Medicaid, and Ambetter. Davis, Superior, MetLife, Avesis, NVA, and Medicare plans are not accepted here, so book a self-pay exam ($79.99) and ask your plan about out-of-network reimbursement.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows. Booking online is the fastest way to hold a time.
